2 Tbsp Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 head Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 head Purple Cabbage, thinly sliced
1 whole Carrots, julienne
2 peppers Thai Chili Peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Sugar
