1/2 Tbsp Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin
1/2 Tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 clove Garlic Clove, smashed
3/4 cup Couscous
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Green Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Red Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced
1) Add water to small saucepan over high heat. Add salt, extra virgin olive oil, butter and garlic and bring to a boil.
2) Remove pan from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
3) Fluff with fork, season with black pepper and additional salt and let cool.
4) In medium platter, pile cooled couscous into the center and arrange around with green pepper, red pepper and black olives. Serve immediately.
