2 Tbsp. Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 each Turkey Burger Pattie
2 Tbsp. Yellow Pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. Red Pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. Green Pepper, diced
¼ cup Marinara Sauce
1) First, chop yellow, green, and red bell peppers and set aside.
2) Pour about 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and bring to a medium heat. Place turkey burger on stovetop and pan-sear for about 4 minutes on each side.
3) When cooked, place burger on a pretzel bun along the diced peppers and top with marinara sauce.
