GREEK PANZANELLA SALAD

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 cups Arugula
2 cups French Bread Cubed
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 cup Tomato Diced
2 Tbsp Capers
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 cups Arugula
2 cups French Bread Cubed
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 cup Tomato Diced
2 Tbsp Capers
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives


1) Toss bread with half the Olivari Mediterranean Olive Oil and oregano, spread out on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
2) Let bread cool for 10 minutes and toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
