1/4 cup GEM Olive Oil
3 Tbsp GEM Red Wine Vinegar
1 head Romaine, cut into 1 inch squares
1 cup Black Olives, pitted
1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped
2 peppers Roasted Red Peppers, 1/4 inch dice
5 whole Pepperoncini
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1) In a large glass or stainless-steel bowl, combine the romaine, pepperoni, red onion, black olives, roasted red peppers. Toss to combine.
2) Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Toss thoroughly to combine the ingredients.
