1 tbsp Olivari Classic Olive Oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups peeled, cored and chopped apple
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped cashew
1) Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease a 9×5-inch baking pan.
2) Stir together apples, sugar, olive oil and vegetable oil. Add egg and mix well.
3) In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into apples and oil mixture together, then add chopped cashews.
4) Pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
