¼ cup Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 cups Peaches, sliced
1 each Pie Crust
¾ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup Tapioca
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Cut peaches into wedges, enough to fill a standard sized pie crust. Mix peaches with 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. cinnamon, and 1/4 cup tapioca.
3) Drizzle pie crust with extra virgin olive oil. Fill pie crust with peaches and filling mixture.
4) Sprinkle pearl sugar around the rim of the crust and put in the oven for 40- 45 minutes. When finished, the peaches should be soft and even a little wrinkled.
