MACADAMIA BROWNIES

10 tbsp Olivari Mediterranean Classic
1/2 lp Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
4 each Eggs
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Macadamia Nuts, chopped

1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Macadamia Nuts, chopped


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8×10 inch baking pan. Set aside 1/2 cup macadamia nuts for decoration.
2) Chop the macadamia nuts. In a bowl, mix the nuts, chocolate chips, olive oil and stir to blend. Set aside chocolate and nut mixture.
3) In another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, baking soda, and flour. Sift into the chocolate and nut mixture. Stir to blend.
4) Pour batter into the greased baking pan and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts on top.
