ASIAN CHICKEN LETTUCE CUPS

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 cups Chicken, raw, diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup Peanut Sauce

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 cups Chicken, raw, diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup Peanut Sauce


1) Toss raw chicken in Olivari Mediterranean Olive Oil with teriyaki, ginger and garlic.
2) Heat a saute pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
3) Place chicken in individual layers of lettuce and top with red pepper and chow mein noodles, drizzle with peanut sauce.
